Appointment

Please arrive on time for your appointment, to ensure the quality and special time that you deserve. If you are receiving a spa service, please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment so that you will have time to prepare for the treatment and enjoy it to the fullest extent. This will allow time for you to change into your spa attire. If you are late for over 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled.

Cancellation Policy: Please give us at least 24 hour notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. Otherwise, the full amount of scheduled service will be charged. You will have one time opportunity to reschedule without paying again.
