customer service was tip top. accommodated me with same day appointment,was flexible with what i wanted per spa package. The massage and facial was phenomenal ( i fell asleep during the massage-- that;s how relaxed i was). got served wine and strawberry because it was my birthday. Super pleased with my experience.

I was in DC for a wedding and found the Qi Spa. Went for a massage,and it was relaxing and therapeutic. Being a massage therapist myself, I have high expectations. It met my standards. Thank you and next time I am in DC, I will be back.

My wife and I had a very pleasant experience with a couples' massage from Clarisa and Theresa. The spa environment was welcoming and relaxing, and the masseuses were very professional and communicative. The entire experience was relaxing and rejuvenating.

I realize enjoyed my experience with Qi Spa. We scheduled a couple's massage per a recommendation from a close friend, and we were not disappointed. The minute we walked in for our couples' massage we were greeted with friendly smiles and a relaxing atmosphere. The massage therapists, Theresa and Martina, were both very professional and responsive to whatever tension our bodies were feeling. In fact, they were working out knots that I didn't even realize were possible to get undone - that's how good they are. I recommend this spa to everyone, and we'll surely be back for another session.
